As adults, we are taught that play is only the work of children. However, research and neuroscience tell us that adults deserve to play too, especially at work. When play is utilized in professional spaces, leaders and employees alike see improved communication, collaboration, creativity, cohesion, and so much more including mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
During this fun interactive one-hour workshop, participants will learn what play is and how to incorporate it into their personal and professional routines to improve all aspects of life at home and at work.
