  • The funds to be awarded are divided into ranges based on the scale.

  • The administrative fee is allocated as a percentage within each range, based on the complexity of the program.

  • As the amount of funds to be awarded increases, the administrative fee percentage decreases. This encourages lower fees for larger fund allocations, aligning with standard practices in fund management.

Please note that the ranges and percentages can be adjusted based on specific program requirements and organizational preferences.
